Stephanie Olivo is a strategic communications, marketing, and business development leader with more than 18 years of experience helping organizations grow through purposeful storytelling and relationship-driven partnerships. As Vice President of Business Development at Hope Beckham Espinosa (HBE), she leads new business strategy, client partnerships, and market expansion initiatives, with a focus on healthcare, corporate communications, and cross-cultural connection.
Her professional background spans healthcare, medical device distribution, real estate, media, and wellness. She spent over a decade in the Orthotics & Prosthetics industry, owning and operating a medical device distribution company and working closely with clinical teams, manufacturers, and patients—experience that informs her ability to translate complex, regulated information into clear, impactful communications. Stephanie is also the host and executive producer of Discontinued, Now What?!, a wellness-focused podcast centered on resilience, mental health, and transformational storytelling. A certified sound healer, she brings a human-centered, holistic perspective to her work.
