Hilary is a seasoned communications practitioner with a knack for creating sustainable visibility. She is also HBE’s lead staff member for pitching. Her passion is media relations, and not only has she successfully placed stories for a number of clients locally including all four major television networks, WABE (NPR), the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, and many others, but she has also built outstanding relationships with the media. This includes national media with placements including ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS Evening News, The Washington Post, Sports Illustrated, and MSN. In addition to media relations, Hilary is experienced in all facets of public relations and marketing, and has served in roles for companies including the Southeastern Flower Show and Lilly Pulitzer.

On a Personal Note

- Hilary majored in French in college, studied in Paris and completed a year-long teaching fellowship in Chateaubriant. She speaks conversational French, which sometimes reverts to Franglais.

- She has an eye for finding four leaf clovers.

- She loves old houses and is a home and garden tour enthusiast.

- The Sound of Music is her favorite movie – she and her mother even did the official Sound of Music Tour in Austria.
