Arcapita is the largest investment bank in the south with high-profile holdings such as Caribou, Church’s Chicken and Cirrus Aircraft. We handle public relations for Arcapita, both in the U.S. and globally.



Atlanta Spirit LLC

Worked with the owners of the Hawks, Thrashers and Philips Arena to publicize the announcement of their purchase of the three entities. The agency also works on an ongoing basis to create valuable relationships with the local media. In addition, we assisted vice president and owner Dominique Wilkins with involvement in the community, developing speaking opportunities, board involvements and other business ventures. 



Atlanta Sports Council

The Atlanta Sports Council promotes the value of sports growth in Atlanta and Georgia by acting as an authority on the economic impact, visibility and quality of life issues associated with sports. Hope-Beckham assists in publicizing sporting events, special events within the Atlanta area and the Horizon Awards, a nationally recognized sports awards ceremony.



BIKE – A division of Russell Corporation

Help celebrate the sale of the 550 millionth athletic supporter produced by BIKE -- includes general public relations, media relations and product positioning and strategies.



Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse

Currently handle the public relations activities for the Atlanta and Boston markets. Provide consul and support to the president and senior marketing director on grand openings, anniversaries, and consumer promotions for each location.



Caribou Coffee

Handle public and media relations nationally and locally. Assist in new product launches and special programs as needed. Work with CEO Michael Coles to promote both Caribou Coffee and its management with the media.



Channel One Network

Oversee all logistics and on-site staff for the Channel One Road Show, a once a year event when Channel One takes their studio on the road to local middle schools and high schools across the country.



ChoicePoint

Assist key executives with developing positive relationships with the media. Develop and implement national strategy for the launch of OfficialTravelDocuments.com, a new passport, visa and birth certificate Web site.



Church’s Chicken

Provide public relations support including new product launches, media relations and corporate strategic planning. Assist franchisees with public relations in their respective markets.



Coca-Cola Company

Responsible for the public relations and event execution surrounding the re-launch of Powerade. Act a consultant and provide turnkey programs in response to a variety of issues including crisis communications, consumer relations, employee issues and product positioning and sampling.


Comcast Cable Communications
Designed a consumer interactive experience onsite at the Georgia Dome for Atlanta Falcons home games. Staff and manage all on-site product demonstration areas and consumer awareness kiosks to support a consumer capture program.



Feld Entertainment

Handle all publicity in the southeast markets for Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice and Disney Live! shows produced and promoted by Feld Entertainment. Focus on media relations and placement as well as consumer promotions.

Provide turnkey event execution to promote branch openings and community involvement. Also provide consulting and media relations on an as needed basis.

Develop a logo/brand, marketing materials and Web site content for the 30-year-old hotel renovation company. Consult with executives on how to best promote the company and increase business opportunities.

 



General Motors

Provide on-site promotions at select NBA arenas, college campuses and malls. During home games, our staff members engage consumers, provide giveaways and generate leads for local dealership groups.



Georgia Lottery Corporation

Assisted with the launch of a new lottery game, $100 Million Cash Spectacular. Connected the organization with the Atlanta Spirit owners to create a unique promotion to generate buzz for the game. Pitched and arranged for radio interviews throughout the state with lottery CEO and Atlanta Spirit owners.


Heavy Inc.
Provide logistics and staffing for presence marketing campaign at national car shows in eight to 10 markets. Act as on-site liaison for client and manage a consumer information capture program during the events.



Help A Child Smile

Provide publicity and public relations in 37 Georgia counties for the 10 mobile dental facilities that provide full dental service to underserved communities. We also provide support and work to increase awareness on a state and local level.


Honduras Outreach Inc.
This economic development mission in Honduras is an ongoing pro bono account. Bob Hope annually leads a group of 20 or more business leaders on a weeklong trip to rural Honduras to aid in community development by building schools and clinics.



Jones Day

Provide public relations counsel and media relations as it relates to current and impending lawsuits.



LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association)

Reinforced current ad campaign by providing in-market tournament support through on-site events. The mobile tour consisted of between 15-20 stops in each market. All stops were in support of the local tournament’s sponsors and consisted of golf activities and golf lessons from tour professionals.


Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia
Serve and assist on the board of directors and promote educational seminars and fundraising events while creating public awareness.



McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant

McComick & Schmick’s is the leading national seafood restaurant operator in the affordable upscale dining segment. Assist restaurant managers, regional directors and corporate staff members in developing cross-promotions, store positioning, media relations, special events and relationship building.



Mount Bethel Christian Academy

Provide public relations for the academy. Provide special event and community relations for the church.



Overtime Magazine

Publicized the magazine’s first year event, the OT 10 Awards, which honored professional athletes for their off the field accomplishments in business and philanthropy. Generated extensive media coverage in print, TV and radio outlets.



Southern Company

Assist senior executives in developing relationships with key stakeholders, civic leaders and media. Collaborate with management to promote company programs in a unique and creative way.


Trinity House
Provide on going media relations. Provided publicity and community awareness for the grand opening of the facility. Trinity House is a transitional facility and a pro bono account for Hope-Beckham.



Women’s Sports Foundation

A pro bono account since 1995. Hope-Beckham serves as an outside entity on the nominating committee in an effort to upgrade the board of directors. We helped launch GoGirlGo!, a national campaign for girls between the ages of 8 and 18. The campaign is aimed at promoting the benefits of physical activity.

Young Harris College

In order to fill a need to communicate effectively with alumni, students and friends, Hope-Beckham created a first class, award-winning publication. We continue to provide editorial oversight and advice for ECHOES, a magazine for the alumni, students and friends of the college. Worked with the Administrative Council to design, develop and implement a new logo for the college.
