Situation
Hope-Beckham was hired to generate awareness for the new line of STAINMASTER® bedding products. Goal was to reach textile buyers, bedding manufacturers and designers attending large trade show in New York.

Approach
HBI created “Bed in a Box,” a traveling, glass bedroom that visited Grand Central Station, South Street Seaport, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Central Park. Pajama-clad actors traveled inside and entertained onlookers by staging pillow fights, eating popcorn and dancing.

Results
Approximately 900 buyers attending the Home Textiles Today Market kick-off saw “Bed in a Box” and asked for info on STAINMASTER® bedding. Thousands of residents and tourists were reached along driving routes and stops. The project received coverage on NBC’s Today Sunday show and in Home Textile Today.
