Comcast Party Zone
Comcast was looking for new ways to leverage its existing sponsorship of The Atlanta Falcons. They wanted to showcase products and services in a relaxed, fun environment while educating the consumers about Comcast.

The Comcast Party Zone Tent was born. HBI showcased three products on-site; cable, high speed Internet and digital voice. Comcast became the interactive destination for football fans before every home game with an 80-ft. by 80-ft. fully enclosed and temperature controlled tent, which had the look and feel of a VIP area.

The tent was arranged to:
1) Highlight the three products
2) Host the Party Zone with a centrally located stage and master of ceremonies
3) Serve drinks from two bars sponsored by Miller Lite

Three areas were created to showcase Comcast’s products in a unique way:

Living rooms:
Four plush living rooms were located around the perimeter of the tent. The living rooms allowed consumers to experience HDTV and Comcast On-demand. Each living room had: a 12-ft. by 12-ft. footprint, a leather couch, love seat, coffee table and side table,
a product specialist who demonstrated On-Demand features on a 52-inch flat screen HDTV.

Computer Stations:
Two kiosks with four computer stations were each set up on opposite sides at the center of the tent. Both kiosks demonstrated the high-speed capability Comcast offers. The first kiosk allowed consumers to register to win signed Falcons merchandise. The second allowed them to either surf the web or register to win an on-line promotion.

English-style phone booths:
Four English-style phone booths were located to the left of the stage and showcased Comcast’s IP-enabled Digital Voice. Consumers could use the phone at any time during the promotion to make a phone call anywhere in the continental United States.
